By accessing our website or scheduling an appointment with La Parfait Medical Spa, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services. These terms may be updated at any time without notice, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically.

La Parfait Medical Spa offers a range of aesthetic and wellness treatments, including but not limited to facials, body contouring, microneedling, and other non-invasive procedures. All services are performed by trained and licensed professionals in a clean, safe, and professional environment.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to any client at our discretion, including for health and safety reasons identified during a consultation or intake process.

Appointments must be scheduled in advance. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

No-shows without prior notice may result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service value. Repeated no-shows may result in a requirement to prepay for future appointments.

Payment is due at the time services are rendered. We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), debit cards, and cash. Prices are subject to change without notice. Any promotional pricing or package deals are valid only for the stated period and cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.

Prepaid packages and gift cards are non-refundable but may be transferred to another individual. Expired packages may not be extended unless approved by management.

The services offered by La Parfait Medical Spa are aesthetic and wellness-oriented in nature and do not constitute medical diagnosis, treatment, or advice. You are responsible for disclosing any relevant medical conditions, allergies, medications, or contraindications prior to receiving any treatment.

Results vary by individual and are not guaranteed. La Parfait Medical Spa makes no representations or warranties regarding the outcome of any treatment. We strongly recommend consulting with your primary care physician before undergoing any aesthetic procedure if you have underlying health conditions.

Certain treatments may not be suitable for clients who are pregnant, nursing, have specific skin conditions, are taking certain medications, or have undergone recent surgical procedures. It is your responsibility to disclose all relevant information truthfully during the intake process.

La Parfait Medical Spa shall not be held liable for adverse reactions or outcomes resulting from undisclosed medical conditions or inaccurate information provided by the client.

All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, logos, and design elements, is the property of La Parfait Medical Spa and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, La Parfait Medical Spa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Before and after photographs may be taken for medical documentation purposes with your explicit consent. These images will not be shared publicly or used for marketing without separate written consent. You may withdraw this consent at any time by notifying us in writing.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Okaloosa County, Florida.
